The rapid development of a globalized society has led to the swift movement and dissemination of professional talent and knowledge, making international academic research and competition more intense than ever before. Therefore, advancing "internationalization" is a critical strategy for enhancing our university's academic and research competitiveness. In light of the current focus and trends in global medical research, the key lies in the fact that the U.S. National Institutes of Health has positioned translational medicine as an essential development model that bridges basic research with clinical trials ("bench to bedside"). This model not only connects laboratory research to early clinical trials but also encompasses research from patients back to the laboratory ("bedside to bench"). We firmly believe that the revitalization of clinical medical research will drive the transformation of translational medical research and promote the integration of innovative interdisciplinary studies, thereby significantly raising scientific standards and effectively improving human health. To align with this objective, the following guidelines have been established.
