一、通則：

I For the General Rules –

A 本校學生依規定時間內繳費，視同完成註冊手續，逾期未繳費註冊者，依學則規定勒令退學。

Students are required to register and pay school fees during the registration period. Students who do not pay the fees on time must drop out according to the Taipei Medical University Academic Regulations.

二、學雜費相關：

II Regarding to the Tuition and fees –

A. 繳費期限：110年8月8日-9月5日止，8月8日起開放網路列印繳費單。

Period: From 8th August to 5th September, 2021,

then since 8th August, online printing of payment slips will be available.

B. 上網列印繳費單請逕行點選本校首頁/學生/學雜費/列印學雜費及住宿費繳費單(土銀代收網)登入下載。

登入學生專區，選取學校名稱，輸入學號及西元出生年月日登入，即可列印繳費單及繳費收據(繳費收據請於繳費一週後自行上網列印)。

Print the Bill on the system

b) Path: Student Login→ Key in “ Shool Name: 臺北醫學大學” , student ID, birthday and captcha →click “OK”→ click “列印繳費單”

三、選課相關：

III Regarding to the Course Selection –

A. 選課志願登記：110年9月14日-16日【限額滿課程，自開放日上午九時至結束日下午五時截止(期間為24小時)】。

Course selection (intention order) registration: September 14-16, 2021 (Only open to: courses that are currently full).

B. 加退選：110年9月22日-10月1日【自開放日中午十二時十分至結束日下午一時截止(期間為24小時)】，請於期限內依相關規定程序申請。

Course add or drop out: From September 22 to October 1, 2021 (please apply in accordance with the relevant procedures within the deadline).

五、其他重要須知：

V Other Notes:

A. 博士班三年級(含)以上學生，請於110年8月8日–9月5日止繳交學生平安保險費，另有加修學分數(不含論文學分數)，請於加退選課確認後，務必於110年10月14日止繳交學分費。

Students in third grade (inclusive) and above:
1) Please pay the student safety insurance premium from August 8th to September 5th, 2021;
2) If there are additional credits (not including the academic credits), please make sure to stop paying the credits on October 14, 2021 after confirming the additional or withdrawal of the elective course.

B. 為保障學生因疾病或意外事故致家庭遭受生命與經濟損失，請繳交學生保險費。
In order to protect the life and economic loss of the student’s family due to illness or accident, please pay the fee to participate in the student insurance.

C. 門禁：未繳費視同未完成該學期註冊入學，門禁系統將予以管制，敬請留意。

Access control: Failure to pay the fee is deemed to have not completed the registration for the semester, and the access control system will control it.

【重要公告】自110年1月20日起校園防疫措施調整，敬請配合。
Starting from Jan. 20, please cooperate with TMU’s new epidemic prevention measures.

依防疫會議決議自110年01月20日起，

進入校園須配戴口罩及量測體溫(包含汽機車)

未配戴口罩或額溫≧37.5℃禁止進入校園

According to the resolution of epidemic prevention meeting on Jan. 18, starting from Jan. 20, all visitors should be wearing a mask and having the temperature checked for campus entry (including underground parking lot). Anyone not wearing a mask or with forehead temperature of greater than or equal to 37.5 degree celsius will not be permitted to enter the campus.

學生論文獎申請流程：
Student Thesis Scholarship Application Process

1. 線上申請「學生論文獎學金」
Submit application on line (http://rdsys.tmu.edu.tw/SUARPA/Forms/LoginPage.aspx)
2. 指導老師、系所主管審核
Verification by advisor and department chairman
3. 研究發展會議審核
Verification by Research and Development Conference
4. email通知發放獎金

「學生論文獎學金」系統填寫注意事項：
Application Details for Best Student Thesis Award

1、申請本獎學金之系統填寫及上傳資料期限至109年12月11日(五)止。
The deadline for application and document submission is December 11, 2020.

2、申請者需為本校目前在學之學生，其研究成果需以臺北醫學大學名義發表於SCI、SSCI、EI或A&HCI期刊，且該篇論文學生為第一作者，指導教授或共同指導教授為通訊作者，始得提出申請。
Applicants should be current TMU students whose research results are published in the name of Taipei Medical University in SCI, SSCI, EI or A&HCI journals with the student as first author and instructor as corresponding author.

3、每人申請以三篇當年發表之論文為限，每篇以獎勵一次為限。
Applicants can apply with up to three papers published in each year, with a one-time award for each paper.

4、所提之論文需於2020.1.1～2020.12.31已發表或已接受發表者。
The publication date for the paper should be within the 2020 calendar year.

5、上傳檔案文件如下：需清楚可辨識。
The attached files should be clearly identifiable and attached in the following order:
(1) 外籍申請人須連同「居留證」、「護照」一併上傳。
International students should also attach passport and residence permit photocopy.
(2) 銀行存摺封面影本。
Photocopy of the cover of bank account passbook.
(3)SCI期刊論文之Impact factor、最佳排名及歸屬學門領域證明。
請參閱2019 SCI Journal Citation Report（若無此資料亦可至圖書館網頁查詢影印）。SSCI、EI、A&HCI 等收載之期刊論文，也請上傳該期刊所屬研究領域之相關證明資料。
Impact factor for SCI, best ranking and proof from relevant academic field: Please refer to 2019 SCI Journal Citation Report. The published thesis on SSCI, EI, and A&HCI and other journals should attached academic proof from relevant academic field.

(4)學術期刊論文original paper (原始論著)、reprint（抽印本）、galley proof（校樣本）或接受函。
The original paper, reprint, galley proofs, and letter of acceptance.

並請務必用螢光筆在論文上註記標示 「第一作者姓名」 及 「相同貢獻作者姓名」 、 「通訊作者姓名」 、 「發表學校名稱」 、 「出版日期」 、 「期刊名稱」 、 「期刊論文歸屬學門領域」 、「Impact factor」、 「最佳排名」 、 「論文巻/期」、 「論文頁數起訖」。
Please highlight for annotation on the paper: the first author, equal contributor, corresponding author, school, publication date, journal name, field of research, impact factor, best ranking, volume number and pages.

(5)應屆畢業生或博士後研究員請上傳畢業證書，若有其他作者與第一作者equal contribution為北醫學生者，要一起上傳學生證影本，俾利審核計算獎學金。
New graduates and postdoctoral researchers should attach certificate of graduation. If there are first authors in equal contribution or other authors, their student IDs should be uploaded as well.

6、學生論文獎之獎勵金額，按照教師研究論文獎獎勵金額乘0.5計算(每篇論文若有兩位(含)以上之第一作者，獎勵金額除以第一作者數計算(第一作者皆為北醫學生者除外))。
The scholarship amount will be half of the amount of professor’s research award. (This award should be divided by the number of first authors, except for those who all are TMU students.)

7、總獎勵金額如超過該年度預算，則每件獎勵金額按比例刪減。
If the amount of the award exceeds the annual budget, each award will be reduced proportionately.

8、博士後研究人員比照學生給予獎勵。
The awards for postdoctoral researchers are calculated according to the student rates.

9、 Letters to the editor 及 comment 不列入「學生論文獎學金」計算。
Letters to the editor and commentary articles are not eligible.

10、詳細辦法請參閱「臺北醫學大學學生論文獎學金實施要點」、「臺北醫學大學暨附屬醫院「學術研究獎」獎勵指標及作業細則」。
Please refer to rules and regulations regarding Best Student Paper Award and Academic Research Awards of Taipei Medical University Affiliated Hospitals.

11、資料輸入或上傳後，務必按下「儲存」按鈕及「送出簽核」按鈕，使完成程序。
Please press 「save」 and 「send」 after filling in the information to complete the procedure.
